Hello!
This is Token Terrace :)
Today's project is such a huge one that I'm thrilled to be able to introduce it and run the event!
We've got an airdrop of airdrop NFTs, a confirmed WL, and a competitive WL.
The difference from other projects is that we are not trying to build a project environment with mini-team money, but we are already working on real estate that is already in existence.
The project is being prepared by attracting investment.
This is a project called Airdrop.
This is a huge project to build a large 7-story building in the middle of Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea and share the revenue.
The Airdrop company aims to brand the largest physical business space in South Korea to provide continuous holder benefits, and is the first and largest web3 real estate developer model in South Korea.
Airdrop will launch three brands through Minting, and each branded space will be expanded in the order of coffee, bar, and bistro through Minting progression.
coffee, bar, and bistro.
This project is about a cafe in a street alley.
It consists of a 7-story building from the 1st basement to the 5th floor and the rooftop.
Let's start with this building, which is called Airdrop Space.
Airdrop Space is an alleyway building located within a 10-minute walk of Sinsa Station on the Seoul Subway.
It consists of a seven-story ramp building, from the first basement floor to the fifth floor to the rooftop.
It has a gross floor area of more than 700 square meters and 32 spaces.
The project team plans to utilize half of the space to generate business revenue, and the other half to host various events to attract people.
events to attract people.
In addition to this, they will provide a reserved space for holders, a coffee omakase room, a coffee class room, etc.
It is expected that a landmark will be created.
If you place spaces that offer a different experience in between floors and place spaces that attract people in the right places, you can't help but notice cafes, bars, bistros, etc. bistros, and cafes.
I think this ramped building could be a more dramatic marketing role for a department store than an escalator.
It's almost a formula for department stores to put women's stores on the lower floors and high-traffic stores or spaces that offer a different experience on the upper floors.
Especially in department stores, escalators are slow and their paths are designed to allow you to see as many products as possible.
In this illustration of an airdrop space, you can see that the building structure for the ramp allows for a lot of space to be seen.
If you can get customers to go upstairs, it's a great marketing move.
If a brand that enters the airdrop space provides benefits in conjunction with the airdrop space, such as a discount for coffee if you spend a certain amount of money, I think it will have the effect of increasing the time that customers stay in the airdrop space and spend.
# Identity of Airdrop Café
If your airdrop cafe looks like a regular cafe, it might not be much more than a convenient location.
The airdrop company chose the first minting brand as a cafe because it is an industry that can be scaled quickly and reliably offline.
It will be based on single-origin specialty coffees and is aiming to be a specialty coffee shop.
According to the management team of Airdrop, the global trend is moving toward specialty coffee, and considering the Korean market, they are aiming for a cafe that is a good introduction to specialty coffee.
In the case of specialty coffee, the unit price is usually around 6,000 won or more per cup, and the awareness of specialty coffee is still low in Korea, so they have a pricing policy that is somewhat lower than the existing specialty coffee unit price.
As for the part of coffee that requires expertise, they plan to collaborate with baristas and roasters, and all processes such as choosing good beans and making delicious coffee will be completely left to experts through hiring and collaboration.
It seems that the content around the cafe atmosphere and marketing will also be important.
The most interesting thing is that Airdrop Café doesn't have a menu, and the idea behind Airdrop Coffee is "let your coffee taste finally blossom".
They focus on your experience and what you're looking for, and suggest coffee based on your answers to Q&A questions.
For example
1. do you like espresso?
2. do you like brewed coffee?
3. what do you want to drink today?
4. do you want to try a new style?
These questions are used to determine the roast level of the coffee, the type of sugar flavor, etc. and to make coffee suggestions based on the customer's mood.
Of course, stores that feel uncomfortable with this process or are looking for a quick turnover are said to have the option to skip it.
In addition to curating beans from famous roasteries, the company is also planning to offer coffee classes, omakase, and dessert pairing courses where you can have a face-to-face coffee chat with a barista.
There aren't many coffee brands that can do this, so we chose to create and grow our own brand rather than do brand partnerships.
#Airdrop CEO
The most important thing about an NFT project is the details about the team.
While many companies may be confident in simply saying "we'll preserve these benefits" with a minting amount, an airdrop company has already created an environment in which they can provide services by attracting investment.
Airdrop Company was founded through a strategic investment from Made Corporation, which committed to investing a total of $7 billion in Airdrop Company over two years.
Made Corporation is responsible for the annual branding marketing of leading Korean companies such as Coupang, Kakao, Shinsegae Department Store, and Paris Baguette, so we wouldn't be surprised if the project goes wrong.
One of the co-founders of MadeCorp, Mr. QIM, has about 7 years of experience in design consulting startups and has successfully attracted various investments.
He was also responsible for the famous Belly Bear NFT project in South Korea.
Alex, the other co-founder of MadeCorp, is Airdrop's Chief Brand Officer and has 15 years of experience in brand design, and he created Airdrop's brand slogan and Airdrop Coffee concept.
Jake, the CEO of Airdrop, designed and introduced the industry's first content-based advertising model and has experience in brand marketing and marketing strategy from Melon to Kakao Brand Center.
and marketing strategy at Kakao Brand Center.
It's worth noting that many of the fateful people who are active in Discord came together because of their connection to Mr. Jake.
We don't know the details, but if you think about it in the context of trusting your superiors and taking a job change or trying something new, you end up trusting their abilities and taking the challenge.
# AMA key takeaways
Here's a summary of the key information from the AMA so far

3. For financial transparency, we will notify the community about the usage history of the NFT minting amount or cafe sales.
4. Revenue sharing through minting will be applied only to NFT holders for that round.
(ex: Airdrop 1 cafe NFT cannot be used to share revenue for Airdrop 2 cafe)
# Strong guarantees from the Airdrop Team

# Important announcements

Competitive WL: 220,000 -> 176,000

(As the public has been changed to 220,000, the payout seed has also been changed to 220,000)
1-2) 50% Share of Sales/Revenue -> Changed from a variable amount to a fixed payment (13,200 KRW per year per NFT, equivalent to 1,100 KRW per month - lasting as long as the store is operational)
* You will receive 220,000 Seed + 13,200 KRW per year (6% interest per year), and you will get fixed WL rights to BAR NFTs per cafe NFT quantity.
2) Airdrop BAR
2-1) Fixed WL for BAR NFT per Airdrop Coffee NFT quantity
2-2) Minting Amount:
Fixed WL: 33,0000
Competitive WL: 41,2000
Public: 550,000
2-3) 33,000 won per NFT per year, equivalent to 2,750 won per month (for the duration of the store's operation)
[Opinion]
I think the benefits changed more than I thought at the same time as the minting amount was lowered, so I think we may have different ideas.
The project team said that they changed the benefits to promise a solid amount rather than a volatile sales/profit share.
Looking at the community sentiment, some people are happy that the minting amount has been lowered so that the barrier to entry is lowered and they can get a fixed amount.
However, there are also those who feel that the change to a fixed payout has made holders indifferent to the sales of the store, and they have received less than expected.
During the AMA, I suggested that the brand pay out 1,100 won + @ per month if the target sales are reached in a certain month or quarter, and I hope it was accepted!
The minting amount and benefit information for BAR has also been released, so please decide your minting investment direction carefully!
* BISTRO is expected to be more beneficial than BAR, and since it can be minted as a fixed WL by holding NFTs of the previous brand, it seems that you need to re-establish your investment strategy by comparing the difference in amount with competing WLs or publics.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To summarize it simply, we can think of it as a way to experience membership benefits and piecemeal investments with NFTs.
Once again, we have an event.
We brought one NFT airdrop, two confirmed whitelists, and 10 competitive whitelists.
Personally, I think the whitelist is more challenging compared to other recent projects, so I hope those who are interested can take advantage of this opportunity.
The choice of investment is your own, so please use my post as a reference only and DYOR carefully.
Fill out the Google Form below and you will be entered into a drawing to win an Airdrop, Confirmed WL, or Competitive WL of Airdrop NFTs. (Winners will be announced separately)
